Connacht want all rugby fans players and supporters to come and meet the team for a night of fun raffles and spot prizes. Heineken is offering drinks to the first 300 people into the club and the main raffle prize on the night is a package including flights accommodation tickets and hospitality for the Heineken Cup final in Twickenham. (From Aberdeen Press & Journal (UK)) Sean Lamont has dismissed suggestions that transfer talk surrounding players in the Scotland squad affected their performance in the defeat by Italy in the six nations champion-ship.
